President of the Wyland Foundation
Steve Creech is the President and CEO of the Wyland Foundation, where he spearheads initiatives to protect and preserve marine ecosystems. With over 20 years of collaboration with Wyland, Steve has led the foundation to new heights through educational programs, community outreach, and innovative partnerships. He co-authored “Hold Your Water: 68 Things You Need to Know to Keep Our Planet Blue” and co-produced “Wyland: A Brush with Giants” for Discovery’s Animal Planet. Steve’s background as an environmental journalist allows him to craft compelling stories that drive environmental action, fostering global change through alliances with organizations like the U.S. Olympic Team, Toyota, and the U.N.
